Our second quarter Extra Mile Award goes to the man behind the scenes who always wears a smile…and a coat when it’s 60 degrees in Peru. Congratulations to Development Director Henry Tong, our fearless leader when it comes to all things web.
This award recognizes Pleth employees who go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure client satisfaction and/or assist the team in delivering great work. Nominations are made internally with management choosing the recipient based on peer comments.
No matter how much pressure he’s under, Henry never fails to maintain a positive attitude. A team player in every sense of the word, he is constantly concerned about delivering on time, on budget and in a manner that will best meet the needs of our clients.
Although extremely cold natured, we won’t hold that against him because he is truly a pleasure to work with. For his hard work and dedication to going the extra mile, Henry received a certificate, a $100 gift card and bragging rights until September. Felicidades, Henry!
