Congratulations to Art Director Matt Smith for receiving the inaugural Extra Mile Award from Pleth, LLC. The award, which is to be handed out quarterly, recognizes Pleth employees who go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure client satisfaction and/or assist the team in doing great work. Nominations are made internally with management choosing the recipient based on peer comments.
Recently, a client made it a point to let our sales team know how much Matt has helped their company and how pleased they have been with his work—what better grounds for nomination than client recommendation?! Clients are regularly impressed by Matt's ability to nail designs based on their feedback as well as his helpful demeanor when training them to use their new sites.
