We begin each client relationship with what we call a discovery meeting, an informal discussion where we can get a chance to know you, your business and the specifics of your project. We'll ask you questions about features, functionality, style as well as general information about your business. Our proposal process is always an open discussion.

Since we offer custom development and design, we take a unique approach for each project. We know you want to stand out from the crowd, and so do we. After our proposal is approved, we work your project into our production calendar where our team will update you weekly on the status of your project. It's our way of giving you a better understanding of the development process and makes sure there are no unpleasant surprises once the project is complete. After a project is completed, we schedule a final meeting with you to provide thorough training.
